The AVA Gallery and Arts Center in Lebanon, NH, presents the June edition of it's Mudroom storytelling event, with community members sharing tales from true life. This months storytellers were Jes Marbacher, Henry Bromberg, Jack Rooney, John Weatherly, Mike Lovell and from the audience Tom Ayres. All stories are recited from memory-no notes!
The theme for the upcoming September 10 Mudroom is "Once in a Blue Moon." If you have a good story to tell, we want to hear it! Stories are limited to around 10 minutes, must be autobiographical, and must be told live-not read! Send your pitch submission and short bio to sheryl@avagallery.org by August 21st to be considered. The Mudroom is an incredibly supportive venue for live storytelling, we hope this months event inspires you to give it a try!
