Conservationists from around the Upper Valley gathered at the "2nd Annual Environmental Stewardship Mix and Mingle" held at the Bugbee Center on March 7, 2025 to view, as one participant described it, "speed dating" format presentations on topics from searching for rare butterflies and rescuing salamanders to Native American agriculture and planting flowers to beautify public spaces. Following eleven 5-minute presentations, there was a chance to socialize and possibly recruit volunteers.
