"Do Israelis and Palestinians Really Want Peace?" asked Dartmouth's most recent Dialogue Project event at the Dickey Center. "In terms of everything to do with Gaza, the Israeli public has taken a belligerent attitude and tends to believe Israel needs to do everything to destroy Hamas," said Israeli political consultant and pollster Dahlia Scheindlin, author of the new book "The Crooked Timber of Democracy in Israel: Promise Unfulfilled."
