A musician. composer, educator, artist, musicologist, and philosopher, Mark Nelson conducts instrumental and choral ensembles across the Upper Valley's schools, colleges, and communities including the Lyme Town Band, Upper Valley Music Center’s Vivace Ensemble, the Upper Valley Chamber Orchestra, and leads the Bach Study Group in Hanover. Dr. Nelson is deeply committed to promoting the joys of musical discovery.
